Hi, I’m Sam! I’m currently studying Nutrition and Dietetics at Purdue University with a minor in Psychology, and I hope to become a Registered Dietitian. I’ve always loved being in the kitchen; ever since studying Culinary Arts and Hospitality in high school and working in restaurants, I’ve been fascinated by how food brings people together and how it impacts our health. That passion led me to explore the science behind food and how nutrition can be both practical and powerful.

This cookbook is my way of sharing simple, tasty, and nutritious recipes that make eating well feel easy and stress-free. I believe cooking doesn’t have to be complicated to be delicious, and my goal is to help you feel confident and inspired every time you step into the kitchen. Whether you're new to cooking or just looking for fresh ideas, I hope these recipes make your life a little easier, and a lot more flavorful!
