PAUL M. ROGERS graduated with honors from the School of Photographic Arts and Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with a bachelor’s degree in Photography as a Fine Art, 1982. A native of Stowe, Vermont, the photographer operates a full-time freelance business specializing in commercial, editorial, documentary, portraiture, landscape, and fine art photography, and photographic education.
The photographer has traveled internationally on assignment for commercial and NGO clients (including Country Walkers and Mission Without Borders). He has presented his work and spoken on photography (Helen Day Art Center, New England Young Writers Conference, The Soulfest, Christianity and the Arts conferences). Paul has been the primary photographer for actor/entertainer Rusty DeWees since 2000. He may be best known for Stick Season, a Vermont documentary project begun in 2008.
