AuntDotPress presents fine art books about place. Our goal is to make available beautiful and moving books that celebrate nature, landscape, and human communities. AuntDotPress was founded by Mara Adamitz Scrupe, a visual artist who for the past few decades has created environmentally-attuned art projects for museums, sculptures parks and galleries all over the world. AuntDotPress was founded with the goal of revealing and venerating those places that carry special meaning for us as humans and to bring to reading audiences the most beautiful images and words about natural and mediated environments by accomplished writers, photographers, and other creative artists.
