Karen Juliano is a writer, speaker, and former leadership coach whose work lives at the intersection of healing and personal truth. With a background in emotional intelligence and a heart attuned to quiet transformation, she writes to illuminate the unseen and restore what’s often left unspoken.

Her debut story, The Gift, was inspired by a quiet moment between her daughter and a ladybug during a season of grief. Told as a modern allegory, the story invites readers of all ages to pause, feel deeply, and begin again.

Karen holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and writes under her imprint, Poetry Holdings LLC. She lives in the U.S. and is currently crafting reflective works that speak to the courage it takes to heal and transform.
