Dusty Pendleton is a marketing nerd, small business cheerleader, and recovering perfectionist who accidentally became an entrepreneur (and then did it on purpose). After nine years as a blogger partnering with brands like Disney, Marvel Studios, and Verizon, she co-founded Retro Detailing with her husband Doug. When she’s not wrangling spreadsheets or writing playbooks for small business owners, she’s probably drinking coffee, obsessing over tropical houseplants, or reminding someone to update their Google Business Profile. She believes in community over competition and knows firsthand that building a business is messy, magical, and 100% worth it.
