    Miracle Meals 2.0: Sauces and Sweets is the follow-up to Meg’s original Rythmia recipe compilation 'Miracles Meals: Simple High Frequency Plant-Based Meals'. Rythmia Life Advancement Centre is a full-service, short-stay, licensed medical centre, specializing in plant-based alternative therapies. This book is a collection of some of the most requested recipes from the restaurant Roots.

    Chef Meg Pearson is Rythmia's passionate natural foods chef, who loves to create gourmet, healthy, cuisine with a strong focus on raw and plant based ingredients. Hailing from Toronto, Canada, her wish is to empower the head of every kitchen with the information and tools needed to create delicious, lovingly prepared, simple food, no matter their background or experience. Meg infuses every dish she creates with loving kindness, honouring the ingredients and process every step of the way. She is also a certified yoga teacher and cookbook author, eating disorder awareness advocate, and retired television producer and director.
