    About the Creator

    Nolan Preece
    Reno, NV, USA

    Nolan Preece was born in Vernal, Utah in 1947. He received his Master of Fine Arts degree in photography and printmaking at Utah State University in 1980. His work has been included in numerous juried, invitational and solo exhibitions throughout the United States. Preece’s art is in thirty-eight permanent collections including the Utah Museum of Fine Arts, Salt Lake City; the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno; the Anderson Museum of Art, Anderson, Indiana; the Walter Wickiser Collection, New York, NY; Western Illinois University; the Print Club of Albany, New York and most recently, the Southeast Museum of Photography, Daytona Beach, Florida. Preece has been published in books and periodicals. He is retired from full-time galleries curator and art professor at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno.
