    Janice is currently retired and lives with her husband Peter in a Northern Beaches suburb of Sydney, Australia. She gets much inspiration for her writing from many memorable experiences when teaching preschoolers for 26 ears. Janice began writing children’s stories and poetry shortly after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. In 2015, she contributed to the making and launch of an app “Parkinson’s Xplained” with Medcine X which included one of her short stories “My Nanna is a Mover and Shaker”. In 2018, Janice published two books, “Something Strange is Happening to Me” and “The Sad Little Cactus” through Blurb. Later she added four other books which were part of a series (Understanding Parkinson’s for Young Children). All six books are suitable for 3-7 year olds …
