Following the return of the highly successful Kokoda 2007 trek, another group of students indicated their wish to keep the project going and so Kokoda 2009 was created. Training started and so did the fund-raising.



This book is the pictorial story of a group of 16 students and 5 leaders from Tumbarumba who had an adventure of a lifetime by visiting PNG and walking the Kokoda Track in April 2009.



On the track they experienced the friendliness of the locals and found within themselves a determination to meet the challenges that were placed before them.
