"Over the course of a few years I became rather focused on finding cows
in Coffs Harbour and the surrounding countryside, a part of the Mid
Northern Coastal strip of New South Wales. Early in the morning before
the traffic hit the road I would be up with the birds and see what the
cows were doing. These animals are the best to photograph. They stand
still, they look at the camera and all you need to do is keep clicking
away. If anything they come closer and are ever so patient! Therefore if
you like cows too enjoy the book!"
