3 Houses - 3 Views is Tom’s brainchild. He suggested Marianne make pictures
of one scene at multiple times. The idea sounded easy but it can be frustrating waiting for clouds to appear, for light to change or for Lucky to decide if he wants in our out of the shot.
What better subject matter for this project then the amazing views we have in Sausalito, Pajaro Dunes and Twin Palms. Somewhat ironically all 3 houses offer a water view, each very different from the others. And if a bay view, ocean view or pool view aren’t enough, the houses’ architecture is just as photogenic.
Hope you enjoy this project, which we started in October 2012 with a sunset picture of the beach at Pajaro Dunes and ended in July 2013 with a photo of the original entrance to Twin Palms.
