    About the Book

    Edit

This is a book about the origins of Irma's family from their arrival in Mexico from Italy to their growing up in the United States. It is told in a narrative form, in the same way the stories were told from generation to generation, as oral history. It was created mainly as a family document in the hopes that the history of the family would be committed to paper for others to enjoy.

    Mexico City, Mexico

Some of my ancestors were involved in the writing of the Constitution, the Mexican Revolution and in the immigration of Europeans to this country. Their stories and the family history is what this book is about. I am currently planning my second book which will deal with being alone in a foreign country and how one copes with that.
