Standing on the banks of the Glenmore Reservoir, Heritage Park is a unique urban park. Acting as a connection between our rural past and our modern urban lives, it serves to remind us of where we came from and, hopefully understand who we are and what we can be.



This is a personal diary that evolved over 3 years of shooting. It shows the park in all its moods and seasons, the people who keep the park alive and all the small things that make it a special place.

I specialize in urban and documentary photography observing people and things around me. I'm always intrigued with how we interact with each other, our technology and nature. I have contributed to various projects, my most recent being Calgary's Heritage Park's 50th Anniversary book project where I was lead photographer. This book drew on the work put into my first collection, "Heritage Park Suite", My most recent book "Working Stiffs: The People" is the first of a two part project dedicated to working men and women that are often unseen, unknown and unthanked. The second part will focus on the "Tools of the Trade" and look at the tools, technology and "stuff" that working men and women use to get their jobs done. This should be available late 2017 to early 2018.
