About the Book
Lucian woke up laughing and now his mother is making him eat a dish of prawns.
Waking up laughing is such an odd sensation that it inspired me to write and draw this short story. There is no scientific or technical term, as far as I know, for a dream in which one wakes up laughing. So I have created one: oneirogelasticus. This comes from the Greek words for “dream” (oneiros) and “laughter” (gelastikos). Enjoy.
