This is a "slices of life" book in memory of my Dad. I started the book in 2006 but did not get it finished. Since my Dad now has Alzheimer's and is critical condition ...and I'm going in for surgery in 3 days, I decided the time is now! So I logged 32 hours in 3 days to get it done. I started photographing when I was around 8 years old and have documented as much of life as I possibly could. The first camera that I ever owned was the Polaroid swinger in the early 1960's. I proceeded to go thru the rest of my life with a camera in my hand or in front of my face capturing moments in time. Some of the images are old, pictures of photos, and I did not take or have the time to do any restoration work so they are as is. Some images were emailed or taken with iphone in recent times so quality is sometimes not as great as the memory. I made this for myself and my family to grieve the loss of someone we loved dearly.
