Honesty leads the way. Growing up in Southern California, the photographer has spent over twenty years following it—across streets, rooms, and faces. Influenced by Eggleston, Erwitt, Caravaggio, Cole, Dalí, and others, these pictures stay close to the front of the lens. Light is never the same twice, and it is the photographer’s job to capture that truth.
