About the Creator
My books are mostly about Camp Highlands for Boys - the oldest American summer camp west of the Allegheny mountains. Nestled along the shores of a hilly peninsula - jutting out into the sandy bottomed, spring fed Plum Lake - Highlands is the stuff of Northern Wisconsin dreams. Camp's University of Chicago origin story - with its many colorful and beautiful personalities - intrigues me to no end! There was - and is - so much to work with!
