About the Creator
Guam’s first and only Pulitzer Prize winner, Manny Crisostomo, is a tireless advocate and chronicler of indigenous people and cultures of the Pacific. Crisostomo is a multimedia photojournalist and documentarian who has won some of journalism’s most prestigious awards. In 1989, he won the most coveted prize in journalism, the Pulitzer, while working as a photographer for the Detroit Free Press.
