I hope to bring awareness through my work to mental health, financial insecurity, and showcasing the neglect of rural communities. All of these photos were captured in Clare County, Michigan, the rural community that I myself am from. A place known for its history in the railroad industry. I also wish to explore the unendingly interesting dichotomy of humans and nature through my art. A few excerpts of my writing can be found within these pages as well, to add to the “human nature” of it all.
