Norma also received a 2010 Proclamation from the Manhattan Borough President's Office in New York City, for a spectacular show at The Schomburg Library and NY screening of her documentary, "Queen of Swing", by filmmaker John Biffar. Ms. Miller's energy continues to amaze all who know her.
