Reconstruction looks to recreate photos from 1980-1985 and 2017, rephotographing the environmental difference of the Athenian school located in Danville, CA. Viewers can vividly visualize the structural, natural, and personage transformations As all the pictures are taken from the exact position where the original image was captured. Envisioning the staggering changes our environments experienced over the years, I was able to create work that travels through time. The presence and transformation of unique characters in the pictures make the work more gratifying.
