    About the Book

    Edit

In scripture we read, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” To think with your heart is to think with emotion. We all have a clear self-image of who and what we really are. That self-image controls us to the extent that we truly are what we think you are. The purpose of this book is to help you change the inner belief system and by doing so you can create a new you. You really can change that inner picture of yourself by doing so you become that person that you truly want to be.

"Create A New You" is the replacement for the book "Two Weeks to Health and Well-Being" which is no longer in print.

Paperback, 2021 Edition: Switched to Paperback format, new cover design, and minor formatting and spelling fixing. Otherwise the same content as previous versions.

    Melvin Fish
    USA

Dr. Fish worked with thousands of individuals throughout the country through life coaching and seminars. He taught life skills and stress management. Melvin explored many areas of therapy and realized that traditional therapy was not his calling. He was involved in various fields of natural healing for forty years. His doctorate was in counseling. He believed that healing comes from Christ. He didn't call himself a healer but rather a facilitator through whom Christ can work. He studied many methods of natural healing. He began by becoming certified in all areas and therapy levels known as "Touch for Health," also known as kinesiology. This became the catalyst that led him into many approaches to natural healing, such as reiki and meditation. His books and workshops walk participants through the process of letting go of the darkness, giving it to the Lord, and replacing it with Light. This process he refers to as "Christ-Centered Stress Release."
