After having little to no memory of a car wreck that nearly took her life, survivor Pandora develops an addiction to a popular drug on the street called "pixie dust," which, ultimately, sends her down a path of self-destruction. One night, after coming off a dust-binge and once more, barely escaping death, Pandora decides to turn her life around; however, doctors feel as though the damage left behind from the dust may be irreparable. Pandora's only hope lies with a new drug on the market called "Quidaquin," which clinical studies have shown to be highly successful at curbing any temptations to use dust.

Four years later on Quidaquin, Pandora goes cold turkey and stops taking her daily regimen after a ghost from her past pays her an unlikley visit. Pandora soon finds herself delving deep within her own self to uncover the truth about what really happened the moments leading up to her car wreck.
